A Quick Survey

Do you read my blog? I really do love to write it, I'm just wondering how many people out there read it. I'm not going to post responses to this entry - but just drop me a comment to let me know what you're thinking about it. I'm just insatiably curious.

Yes Jeff I read your blog. Regularly actually. I don't leave comments much since I don't really know what to say. I mean these are your thought and experiences, the best I could do is maybe yes I understand or no I don't understand why or how something you posted. I'd write more maybe if I had some common experience. If I could chip in with something like, well I know just what you mean since when I was in Russia . . .
but I can't. I can't even relate much about living for extended times outside the US.
I care about what you are doing but I also really want to know this person one of my good friends in marrying. What you blog about is just a small part of who you are but right now, that's kinda the best I can do from way over here.Does that sound weird? I hope not. I hope you continue to blog. Oh, and congratulations on finding a time and place you feel you really belong, that's wonderful and rare. When I hear others talk about that it makes me think that maybe one day that might happen to me too. So far I've only been able to see that just a few times and only in hindsight :)

Yes, we're out here Jeff! Tiffany and I both read your blog on a regular basis.

He has a good and perfect plan for each of our lives. I agree, it is truly amazing when we are allowed a glimpse of the script!

I have to admit that I pop in and out but then read a number of entries at one time.

Our new Conference Services Director came this week from Univ of Michigan. I had called to see if you knew him? His name is Mike Dorer and he looks a lot like you! It was uncanny when he walked in on Monday! I was impressed that he had actually visited the Visitors Center (Union) and knew where it was. He said he thought he met you once - as they announced that you were leaving. Anyway, I think your loss is our gain. I really like him.

Praying that all is well and you have a safe trip home soon.

Jeff,

Zeb and I read your blog as often as you update it. It is a great way for us to know how to pr@y for you and to see the awesome ways our Daddy is using you in Tyumen. We can't wait to have you back stateside, if just for a little while. You simply have to meet our little bug! The only thing we wish we had was your direct mailing address to send care packages and letters to.

Jeff, I just came across the email that Jen sent before you moved. So, I clicked on the link and here I am, reading your blog. I haven't been on your blog since right after you left but I think about you every once and again and am glad to know you are doing well. Not too much longer until your wedding! Take care, may God continue to bless you and Amy! CiVSA hugs, Betty Spengler

I love reading your blog Jeff! I can't wait until you come back in May. I know I mentioned to you before that I was taking a very good Russian history class, and now I've taken another and plan to take Russian language in the fall as well as Russian literature. I may even end up minoring in Russian studies. I've found that I am falling in love with Russian culture through reading your blog and my studies. :)

Jeff,
Hello!
Yes I read your blog and have kept up on your adventure. It has been a wonderful way to see what you have accomplished! It reminds me that I have emailed once or twice, but nothing else. Sorry, my friend. I haven't been a very good one.

When the LeaderShape subject comes up in my life, I think of you! I hope we can connect together again. My life is so much better now that the PhD is completed. I have found that I lost a part of myself in that time period. Slowly getting on track agin!

Happy Easter!
